      <description>Location: Bridgwater | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Permanent | Thrive Shepton are delighted to be working with our client in Bridgwater, who are actively recruiting for Warehouse Operatives on a temporary to permanent basis to join the team.  Responsibilities could include:  Receive and check loads into the warehouse, ensuring all correct packaging and labelling is in place  Process pick orders with required accuracy and attention to detail  Ensure all stock handled is secure and complies with relevant food safety standards  Operate assigned mechanical handling equipment to store and transport customer goods safely  Assist with assembling loads for dispatch and loading onto vehicles  Conduct quality checks to ensure standards of cleanliness and hygiene levels  Take action to ensure any hazards are controlled or removed to maintain a safe working environment  Team player  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment  Preferably previous warehouse or operational experience     Working Hours:  (Apply online only) - PPT Loader (PPT licence required)  (Apply online only) - PPT Loader (PPT licence required)  What you will receive in return: Basic pay rate of -12.76 (Picker)    What you need to do next:  If this position sounds of interest and you wou...</description>
