Warehouse Operative

The Best Connection are recruiting on behalf of Waitrose and Partners, who require a number of Warehouse Order Pickers for their busy RDC based in Bracknell, Berkshire.

Pay rates:

• -13.05 per hour - 06:00 - 14:00 shift
• -13.05 per hour - 12:00 - 20:00 shift
• -13.05 per hour - 14:00 - 22:00 shift
• -16.80 per hour - 23:00 - 07:00 shift

We also have overtime rates depending on shift!

Warehouse experience is not essential as full training is provided. We also have a friendly onsite team who will be there to support you.

Shifts are 5 over 7 and will include working weekends on most rota''s.

This will be ongoing weekly work, where you can be given a weekly rota each week.

Duties include:

• Weekends will be required!
• Picking orders, via a voice picking system and loading orders in to cages
• Achieve picking and accuracy targets
• Put away goods within the departments
• Operating manual and electric pallet trucks
• Keeping the warehouse clean and tidy
• Following health and safety procedures at all times

A pre site tour will be arranged before your training week so you can see the job and the working environment before you start.
