Job Summary: We are seeking reliable and hardworking warehouse operative to assist our client in Hailsham. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a keen eye for detail. You''ll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently and safely. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Picking, packing, and dispatching products to meet daily shipment targets. Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently. Maintaining accurate stock records and reporting discrepancies. Supporting smooth warehouse and logistics operations. Upholding warehouse safety, cleanliness, and quality standards. Using warehouse systems and scanners (training provided). Participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
