Warehouse Operative - Picking and Packing Location: Crawley Pay Rate: 12.71 per hour Contract: Temporary to Permanent Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 6:30am - 3:00pm Talented People Services are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives on behalf of our client based in Crawley. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with the potential to secure a permanent position following a successful temporary period. Working within a busy warehouse environment, your duties will include: Picking and packing products accurately to customer specifications Assembling products and components at a workstation/table Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet required standards Preparing products for dispatch Maintaining a clean and organised working environment Following all health and safety procedures Candidate Requirements The ideal candidate will: Have previous warehouse, assembly, production, or picking and packing experience Be highly dexterous and comfortable carrying out detailed assembly work Possess good attention to detail and accuracy Have good English communication skills, both written and verbal Be reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team Essential Requirements Due to the nature of this position, applicants must: Be able to provide a full 5-year employment history with no unexplained gaps Be willing to undergo a Basic DBS check Successfully complete mandatory security training If you are looking for a ..... full job details .....
