Warehouse Operative Location: Banbury Pay rate: £14.35p/h std rate, £21.52p/h overtime rate Hours: 07 20 Any 5 days out of 7 (Saturday always off + 1 additional day off during the week) We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse operation in Banbury. This is a full-time, ongoing opportunity working within a chilled warehouse environment. Candidates must be comfortable working in cold temperatures. Duties will include: Voice picking using a headset system Picking and packing orders accurately General warehouse duties Working towards productivity targets Maintaining health and safety standards Handling stock within a chilled environment Requirements: Previous warehouse experience preferred Comfortable working in chilled temperatures Good communication skills Reliable and hardworking attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment What We Offer: £14.35 per hour Full-time ongoing work Consistent shift pattern Friendly warehouse team environment If you are interested in this role, please apply today.
