The Opportunity

This role would suit someone who has worked within Goods In, Goods Out, Warehouse Quality, Manufacturing, or Production, and has a strong understanding of quality standards and compliance.

They''re looking for someone who wants to contribute ideas, improve processes, reduce waste, and help drive the business forward. If you''ve previously streamlined a process, identified cost savings, or often find yourself thinking "there''s a better way to do this," you''ll fit in well here.

Skills & Experience

Essential

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and continuously improve.
• Previous experience within a Quality Control, Goods In, or Goods Out environment.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Accurate record-keeping and organisational skills.

Desirable

• Experience raising and managing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Counterbalance Forklift Licence.
