Responsibilities of the role: People: Work with the team to maintain high standards in the Stoke Warehouse. Operations: Ensure that all KPI''s are met and products are dispatched in a timely manner as per dispatch schedule. Compliance: Stock check products daily. Deal with daily stock issues by the at the end of each day. Learning and Development: Working with other colleagues to develop their abilities to complete the job. Systems: Work on the Warehouse Management System - Goods receiving, Replenishment, Prepacking, Picking, Packing and Despatch. Personal: Take the opportunity to grow, develop and thrive and support other to do this. Health and Safety/Data Security: Products and the warehouse is kept as per plan in a clean and tidy manner.
