About the Role

Manpower UK seeks Warehouse Operatives for Edinburgh city centre, paying up to £12.71 hourly with weekly wages. This temporary position offers potential permanence, suited to those seeking stable employment. Staff rotate six days working, two resting, with occasional extra leave after weekend duties. Hours alternate weekly: day shift 06:00–14:30, then backshift 13:30–22:00, Sunday through Saturday. Tasks involve issuing goods precisely, placing items onto pallets or cages tidily, and upholding accuracy throughout. Manpower are recruiting Warehouse Operatives to work in Edinburgh City Centre on a temp to perm basis. We have immediate starts available.

£12.71 P/H - Weekly Pay!

You will work on a 6 on 2 off rotation, with an extra day off every few weeks once weekend work is completed.
Full time - (Sunday to Saturday) Shift work - Dayshift 06.00-1430 - Backshift 13:30-22.00.
Shifts are on a rotational 6 on 2 off basis. 1 week dayshift, 1 week backshift.
This is a temporary to permanent role so we are looking for candidates committed to making the transition into a permanent role with our candidate.
Ares of responsibility and functions:

You will be issuing goods accurately
To ensure that all the goods issued are placed onto either pallets or in cages in a neat and safe manner
To ensure that any goods issued to all departments are accompanied by an internal delivery note
To be responsible for the stacking and storage of all goods in the Unit into designated areas
To ensure that all stock is rotated efficiently and effectively
To ensure that all stock checks are carried out as and when required
To ensure that all equipment is correctly used and any damage or faults are reported
Must be PC Literate
