Right Now Group is currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives on behalf of our client, a leading international logistics provider renowned for delivering innovative supply chain solutions across air, sea and road freight.As a Warehouse Operative, you''ll play a vital role in ensuring freight is received, processed and dispatched accurately and efficiently.Responsibilities of a Warehouse Operative:Loading and unloading vehicles safely.Receiving, checking and booking in incoming freight.Picking, packing and preparing customer orders for dispatch.Labelling and scanning shipments using handheld devices.Completing warehouse paperwork accurately.Maintaining high standards of housekeeping throughout the warehouse.Following all health and safety procedures at all times.Shift: AdhocHours: 07:00-19:00Hourly Rate:£13.27Key Attributes of a Warehouse Operative:Previous warehouse, freight or logistics experience (preferred but not essential).A positive attitude and strong work ethic.The ability to work efficiently in a busy warehouse environment.Good attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.The ability to undertake manual handling duties.Flexibility to work overtime or shifts where required.Forklift licences (Counterbalance or Reach) are advantageous but not essential.The Employment Agencies Act (EAA) is a piece of legislation which sets a minimum standard of conduct for recruitment agencies in the UK.What does the EAA mean for me?The Act aims to protect ..... full job details .....
