Warehouse Operative

Right match Recruitment Group is working with a wholesale company to recruit motivated and reliable Warehouse Operative for their busy site in Erith/Belvedere,Dartford. This is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-paced environment with the potential for ongoing work.

• Accurately picking and packing customer orders
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Stock replenishment and rotation
• Labelling, scanning, and processing goods
• Operating warehouse equipment (training provided if required)
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment
• Assisting with stock checks and inventory control
• Preparing goods for dispatch in line with customer requirements
• Palletising and shrink-wrapping goods as needed
• Supporting colleagues to ensure daily targets and deadlines are met

• Minimum 1 year''s warehouse experience (essential)
• Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, punctual, and with a positive, can-do attitude
• Flexible approach and willingness to learn
