Warehouse Operative

Job Title: Warehouse Operative Reports To: Warehouse ManagerLocation: Coalville - On Site Role Contract: Temp-to-PermPay: £13.00 an HourThe successful candidate will work as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment, supporting daily operations and meeting customer service levels. Key Responsibilities Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch accurately and efficiently Loading and unloading vehicles safely Operating warehouse equipment (e.g. pallet trucks, scanners) Checking goods in and out against paperwork or handheld systems Ensuring stock is stored correctly and securely Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment Adhering to all health and safety policies and procedures Meeting productivity and quality targets Reporting damages, discrepancies, or safety concerns to supervisors Supporting other warehouse duties as required Essential Requirements Previous warehouse experience (essential) Good attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work effectively as part of a team Good time management and organisational skills Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasks Willingness to work shifts, including weekends if required Basic level of numeracy and literacy Strong awareness of health and safety About Regional Recruitment Services A Recruitment Agency in LeicesterThis position is advertised by Regional Recruitment Services Ltd, an award-winning independent recruitment agency that has been operating since 2008.
