Warehouse OperativeDuration: until the 31st December 2026Salary: £12.90 per hour.Access NI Basic requiredLocation: Newtownabbey Role DescriptionMy client requires one Warehouse Operative to support the preparation, packaging and dispatch of just over 11,000 HP laptops across Northern Ireland. The role will support the wider project team by receiving pallets of laptops, unboxing devices, handing them over to the installation engineers who will complete the Windows 10 image build, and then re-boxing and labelling the completed laptops for delivery to the appropriate schools. The Warehouse Operative will not be responsible for imaging, building or configuring laptops; these activities will be completed by the installation engineers. The work will be carefully planned and managed by the Project Management team, working closely with their clients. Responsibilities:Work under the guidance of the Technical Lead Engineer, with support from the Project Management team, within the workshop in Newtownabbey.Complete and maintain all required online worker accreditation.Receive pallets of HP laptops and support warehouse staff with device handling, asset management, unboxing and re-boxing activities.Maintain and update the device preparation log, ensuring any issues are promptly highlighted to the Technical Lead Engineer and Project Manager.General Requirements:Work alongside three installation engineers and the Technical Lead to ensure laptops are unboxed, passed to the engineers for ..... full job details .....
