Reed Recruitment is currently working on behalf of a well-established manufacturer based in Newry who are seeking a motivated and reliable Stores / Warehouse Operative to join their team.Role OverviewThis is a hands-on position within a busy warehouse environment, supporting the day-to-day operations involved in handling and distributing goods and associated accessories.Working HoursMonday - Thursday: 6:30am - 5:00pmFriday: 6:30am - 4:00pmSalary and BenefitsAnnual salary 38,220 - 40,768Benefits:29 days holidayStandard pension schemeFull training providedImmediate start availableKey ResponsibilitiesManaging all incoming and outgoing goodsHandling heavy goodsPreparing goods for dispatch, sale, delivery, or collectionCoordinating closely with administration and fitting teamsEnsuring stock is organised and warehouse operations run efficientlyRequirementsPhysically fit and capable of handling heavy materialsValid Forklift Truck licence/certificateFull driving licence (essential) - occasional van driving between two sites and local deliveries requiredCSR Site Card desirable (can be obtained quickly if not already held)Strong teamwork and communication skillsOur client is looking for someone who is dependable, hardworking, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, practical environment.
