REED Business Support is currently recruiting for two reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operativesto join our client''s busy warehouse team on a initially on a temporary basis for 6 - 8 weeks. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and takes pride in delivering high standards of accuracy. As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched on time, while maintaining excellent stock control and warehouse standards. Key Responsibilities Accurately pick, pack and dispatch customer orders in line with company standards and customer requirements. Work collaboratively as part of the warehouse team to achieve daily operational targets. Ensure all orders are processed efficiently and shipped within agreed timescales. Maintain cleanliness, organisation and safety throughout the warehouse and working areas. Support stock management activities, including stock rotation, stock checks and inventory validation. Process incoming goods and materials in a timely and efficient manner. Report any stock, equipment or operational issues to supervisors promptly. Assist with warehouse projects and additional tasks as required. Ensure company equipment and property are used correctly and cared for appropriately. Follow all Health and Safety procedures and report any accidents, incidents or potential hazards.
