It is hands-on work, loading and unloading, picking and moving stock, and keeping the warehouse organised through the day. Job Responsibilities Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently Picking, packing and moving stock around the warehouse Operating a counterbalance forklift to move and store goods Checking goods in and goods out against paperwork and reporting any discrepancies Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organised Making sure stock is stored correctly and safely Supporting the rest of the depot team as needed Following all health, safety and manual handling procedures on site Skills and ExperienceTo do this Warehouse Operative role you will need: A valid counterbalance forklift licence Previous warehouse experience, which is ideal A reliable approach and good timekeeping The ability to work well in a small team A safety-first attitude A good eye for detail with stock and paperwork Some flexibility on working hours to suit the operation Pay and Benefits A salary of ...
