About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and growing logistics operation in Aylesford, Kent. This is a permanent opportunity offering excellent benefits, career stability, and the chance to become part of a supportive team environment.
The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of warehouse duties and must be reliable, hardworking, and able to work effectively within a team.

Working Hours

• 37.5 hours per week
• Monday to Friday
• Rotating shifts:
  • 7:00am – 3:30pm
  • 8:30am – 5:00pm
• Shift pattern varies weekly
• Overtime may occasionally be required

Salary & Benefits

• £13.60 per hour
• Team-based bonus scheme (historically averaging around 6% of annual salary)

Pre-Employment Requirements
All offers of employment are subject to:

• A satisfactory Basic DBS check (cost reimbursed by the company)
• Verification of five years' employment history, including explanation of any gaps
• Proof of the right to work in the UK
