This role reports directly to the Warehouse Team Lead and offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience within a busy, safety focused warehouse environment, with the possibility of longer term employment.Key Responsibilities:Working safely at all times in compliance with site Health and Safety proceduresTaking responsibility for your own safety and the safety of othersOperating within site Personnel Safety Management Systems (PSMS)Picking and issuing materials to siteStoring materials in racking and shelving locationsDelivering materials to site using a van or forklift truckLoading and unloading materials using a forklift truckManning the warehouse service counterGoods receipting and processing deliveriesData entry into the warehouse management system (SAP) and spreadsheetsDispatching materialsParticipating in an on-call rota for site emergency material requestsWorking additional hours when required to support the customerResponding to ad hoc requests from managementWhat We''re Looking For:Good numeracy, literacy, communication skills, and attention to detailIT literate Forklift truck experience Ability to prioritise workload and work independently as well as part of a teamAbility to take initiative while knowing when to seek supportA valid UK driving licence with no ..... full job details .....
