In this role, you will balance physical stock management with essential administrative tasks and customer service. You will be responsible for keeping supply chain and inventory operations running seamlessly, serving as a key point of contact on-site.What You Will DoInventory and Stock Management: Handle stock replenishment, receiving, put-away, stock rotation, cycle counts, and detailed inventory tracking.Customer Service and Administration: Manage order entries, handle backorders and returns, expedite requests, and resolve customer queries professionally.On-Site Deliveries: Deliver direct shipment orders to end-users across the site and operate material handling equipment (such as push carts and pallet jacks).Compliance: Follow established standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices to maintain a safe, efficient working environment.What We Are Looking ForRequired Experience and Skills:Proven experience in stock control, inventory management, or warehousing.Valid UK Driving License.Proficiency with computers, including intermediate skills in ..... full job details .....
