Warehouse Operative

Job Title: Warehouse Operative Location: Gillingham Shift Patterns: 06 00 14 00 22 00 Job Purpose: To support day-to-day warehouse operations by ensuring goods are received, stored, picked, packed and dispatched accurately and efficiently, while maintaining high standards of safety and housekeeping. Key Responsibilities: Picking and packing orders accurately using pick sheets or handheld scanners Loading and unloading vehicles safely Receiving and booking in deliveries Stock replenishment and stock rotation General warehouse housekeeping duties Working to targets and deadlines Following all health and safety procedures Reporting damages, shortages or quality issues Supporting other departments where required Requirements: Previous warehouse experience preferred but not essential Good attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable and punctual Good level of spoken and written English Ability to work as part of a team and independently ..... full job details .....
