You''ll be involved in goods in, warehouse administration, picking, packing, goods out, stock takes. This is an excellent opportunity to build your technical skills within a specialist manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:Reporting to the Production and Procurement ManagerSigning for, unloading, booking in and putting away ''Goods-In''Providing support to despatch to ensure customer deadlines are metUsing the companies SAP Business One software system for:Goods receiptGoods despatchEnsuring the items are packed securely and safely and despatched together with the appropriate paperworkReporting out of stock items to sales administrationUpdating and maintaining stock locations in the warehouse and on SAPConducting stock takes and updating SAP accordinglyReceipting repairs and processing the repair physically within the business and ensuring sales administration is fully aware of the status of the repair and the customer informedKeeping the goods in and assembly areas neat and tidyWorking with production to provide support as requiredGeneral maintenance and upkeep of the outside areas of the buildingExperience and Skills:Self-starterGood at prioritising workloadConfident and organisedWorking to a high standardAsks questions to avoid mistakesBuilds and maintains relationships with colleagues, ..... full job details .....
