Role: Warehouse OperativeLocation: Thetford, NorfolkSalary: 27,000+ (inc shift allowance)Contract: PermanentAre you an experienced Production or Warehouse Operative looking for a hands-on role within a busy manufacturing environment?We are currently recruiting for a Stores Operative to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Thetford. This role will involve supporting logistics and stores operations within a fast-paced production environment, helping to ensure materials and products efficiently across site.The role will require you to work a rotating shift between the hours of 06:00-18:00. Early shift is between 06:00-14:30 and the late shift is 09:30-18:00. Shorter hours on Fridays.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, working both independently and as part of a team.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out logistics and stores duties within a manufacturing environmentSupport stock movements using barcode scanners and MRP systemsAssist with goods handling, storage, and material movements across siteMaintain high standards of housekeeping and safety within the work areaSupport on-time delivery and operational productivity targetsWork within manual handling guidelines and Health and Safety proceduresContribute to continuous improvement across logistics and stores operationsOperate FLT/Side Loader equipment where qualified About YouPrevious experience within a warehouse or logistics roleBasic computer skills including Word, Excel, and MRP ..... full job details .....
