Warehouse Operative

Premier Work Support are currently recruiting for a Night Warehouse Operative to join our prestigious client based in the Dartford area on a Temporary basis.

Responsibilities:

• Efficient moving of freight within the Transit Terminals.
• Loading and unloading of freight.
• Use of correct Manual Handling Equipment for terminal activities.
• Timely and accurate damage reporting , following established procedures.
• Adherence to Health and Safety protocols including all Safe Systems of Work.
• Daily use of IT equipment including scanners and computers.
• Accurate completion of all documentation related to assigned tasks.
• Loading and unloading activities to meet all scheduled deadlines.

Requirements

• Valid Forklift Licence/Reach truck Licence is desirable.
• Previous experience as a forklift operator.
• Logistics/Transport background.
• Strong communication skills.

Monday to Friday

9.30pm till 6am with a 30 minute unpaid lunch.
