Warehouse Operative - Post Bench

Industrious Recruitment are currently recruiting a reliable Warehouse Operative to work on the post bench within a busy distribution warehouse in the Leighton Buzzard area. This is a hands-on role focused on preparing orders for dispatch, with the opportunity to move to a permanent contract following a successful temporary period.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders accurately-

• Manual Handling (some products can be heavy)-

• Preparing orders for dispatch, including labelling and sealing

• Ensuring correct documentation is included with outgoing orders

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous picking and packing experience preferred (training provided)

• Good attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment

• Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Conducting basic quality checks before dispatch

• Maintaining a clean and organised work area

• Following health and safety procedures at all times
