Warehouse Operative – PM Shift

Salary: £30,000 + x2 annual bonus
Hours: Monday – Friday, 15:00 – 00:00 (no Bank Holidays)
Location: High Wycombe (Driver’s licence required due to location)

We’re currently recruiting for a motivated and reliable Warehouse Operative to join a busy and supportive team based in High Wycombe. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being hands-on, working as part of a team, and delivering excellent service in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The Role

• Safely and efficiently pick and pack customer orders.
• Load and unload vehicles in a controlled environment.
• Maintain high standards of organisation and hygiene through 5S methodology.
• Support with perpetual and location-driven audits.
• Work collaboratively to achieve daily and weekly targets.
• Pay close attention to detail to ensure high-quality service.

The Person

To be considered, you will need to demonstrate:

• A full UK driving licence (essential due to location).
• The ability to work the 3pm – 12am shift.
• Good physical fitness to lift heavy items onto trucks.
• A flexible, proactive and positive approach to work.
• Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
• Good IT, numeracy, and literacy skills.
• Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Counterbalance Forklift licence preferred but not required.

• £30,000 basic salary plus two annual bonuses.
