We are currently recruiting a Warehouse Operative based at our Tilbrook site (MK7 8BN), moving to our SDC Site (NN7 2QA) in early 2026. The working pattern for this role is Monday to Friday, working 14:00-22:00 with mandatory weekend overtime.

The Role

As a Warehouse Operative, you will support the smooth running of operations on the Mitsubishi Electric contract, ensuring goods are received, stored, and dispatched accurately and safely at our Tilbrook site.

Day-to-day, you’ll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound stock, including offloading vehicles, checking deliveries, booking stock in, and making sure items are stored correctly.

On the outbound side, you’ll pick, wrap, strap, and load vehicles, while also reworking orders to meet customer specifications when required.

Additionally, you will:

- Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed
- Attend relevant safety briefings and campaigns
- Carry out equipment checks in line with procedures

About You

To be considered as a Warehouse Operative, you will need:

- Previous WMS experience
- The ability to work as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- FLT licence counterbalance and Reach - categories A2, B2 and D1 preferred
