This is a hands-on role, working directly with secure, custom cleared shipmentsKey ResponsibilitiesEnsure materials and shipments are processed and loaded into vehicles in a precise, safe and time efficient mannerScan and distribute material within the service centre in line with Global Operating Procedures, ensuring adherence to legislative health, safety and security policies and standardsPrecise and careful handling of shipmentsWorking to tight timeframes and deadlinesDemonstrating excellent team work to meet SLAsEnsure all actions are completed quickly and efficientlyMaintain a high level of attention to detailManual lifting of shipments is requiredPlan and prepare working practices ensuring maximum efficiencyEnsure warehouse is left in a clean and tidy condition after end of shiftAdhere to legislation including Health and Safety, Working Time Directive regulations etc.Provide administrative and operational tasks, necessary to ensure the correct functioning of the Service Centre.Adhere to customs / import / export proceduresSkills/CapabilitiesExcellent written and verbal communicationKnowledge and understanding of manual handling techniquesGood team playerAble to perform physical requirements of the roleA precise and time measured approach to tasks and activitiesCommitted to achieving resultsAble to ..... full job details .....
