About the Role
A Warehouse Operative is needed in Eynsham for a full-time, permanent position, paying between £27,000 and £30,000 annually. The working pattern is Monday to Friday, 08:00–15:00, with overtime available. This role focuses on accuracy and quality within a clean, organised setting. Key duties include receiving inbound deliveries, unloading vehicles, and moving stock. You will accurately book inventory using a warehouse management system and ensure safe, efficient storage and dispatch of materials. We seek a reliable, detail-oriented person who values precision. The Role
As a Warehouse Operative, you'll be responsible for a variety of warehouse duties, including:
- Receiving and processing inbound deliveries.
- Unloading vehicles and moving stock into the warehouse.
- Accurately booking stock using warehouse management systems.
- Storing materials safely within designated locations.
- Picking, packing and preparing customer orders for dispatch.
- Processing returns and reusable packaging.
- Supporting stock control and inventory checks.
- Assisting with specialist warehouse activities following full training.
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping, quality and health & safety.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience.
- Good attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Experience using warehouse or stock management systems is beneficial.
- A positive attitude with the ability to work well as part of a team.
- Someone who takes pride in producing high-quality work.
- Counterbalance Forklift Licence.
- Reach Truck Licence.
- Powered Pallet Truck (PPT) experience.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
