Warehouse Operatives – Hinckley
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Shift: 4:00am – 8:30am (First day starts at 3:00am for induction)
Duration: Starting tomorrow – Work available up to Christmas
Positions Available: 15
We are urgently recruiting 15 Warehouse Operatives for a busy parcel hub in Hinckley, with work running right up until Christmas. This is a lively, fast-paced environment with a mix of both male and female workers and a strong team atmosphere.
Role Duties:

• Unloading trailers and emptying parcels onto the belt
• Working on the shoots, loading parcels from the belt onto the floor
• Handling non-coms – parcels too large for the automated sort
• Moving oversized parcels into the warehouse
• Supporting general warehouse flow and maintaining safe working practices

• Fast-paced and physically demanding
• Suits those comfortable with early starts and active work
• Friendly, younger environment with plenty of support on shift
