About the Role

Pertemps Leicester seeks a Warehouse Operative for a full-time, temporary position in Leicestershire, based in Hinckley, with potential to become permanent. Pay ranges from £13 to £13.50 hourly. Hours run Monday to Thursday, 7:30am until 4:30pm, and Friday, 7:30am to 3:00pm. Duties cover managing, organising and maintaining stock, plus accurate picking and packing of orders. The successful candidate will keep storage areas tidy, help colleagues find materials, and assist the Operations Team with daily requirements. Organised, hands-on people who work well within a group suit this varied job. Start date is immediate.

We are currently looking for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and friendly team based in Hinckley. This is a varied role suited to someone who is organised, hands-on and enjoys working as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities

Managing, organising and maintaining stock within the warehouse
Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently
Keeping stock areas organised and ensuring items are easy to locate
Supporting the Operations Team with day-to-day warehouse requirements
Helping colleagues locate stock and materials they need
Checking and moving stock as required
Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment
Assisting with general warehouse duties when required
