Job Title: Warehouse Operative - Textile Recycling Centre
Location: Randalstown
Temp to Perm Opportunity after 12 weeks
Pay Rate: £12.27 per hour
Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm & Friday 8:00am - 1:00pm

About the Role:
We are looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join our client's team at a busy textile recycling centre. The successful candidate will play a key role in sorting, processing, and preparing recycled textiles for reuse and distribution.

Main Duties:

• Sorting and grading textiles according to quality and type
• Loading and unloading goods safely
• Assisting with general warehouse duties, including maintaining a clean and organised workspace
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Working as part of a supportive and friendly team

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse or recycling experience is an advantage but not essential
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and a good team player
