Our client is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative in their Dispatch Department.
This position is a key role within the business, with the responsibility of the final handling and packaging of products before reaching the customer.

Ideally you will have a certificate for the use of a counterbalance forklift licence and/or PPT.
Training will be provided on the use of MHE if necessary.

Our client is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative in their Dispatch Department.
This position is a key role within the business, with the responsibility of the final handling and packaging of products before reaching the customer.
The position will include, but not limited to
- Picking and packing of all products for dispatch via various couriers
- Final inspection of all goods ahead of dispatch
- Maintaining correct records of stock on company software
- Regular manual handling and working on your feet
- Management of stock across the warehouse
- Regularly liaising with other departments within the business
- Cross referencing serial number and paperwork to mitigate errors in customer orders
- Monitor and re-ordering of packaging materials
- Undertaking regular training to ensure compliance within company regulations
To be considered for this position you will
- Have proven experience within a dispatch department of a warehouse
- Have an eye for detail
- Be neat, meticulous and well-organised
- Have experience with warehouse management systems
- Be proficient in the use of computers, specifically Outlook and Excel
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be good with numbers
- Be confident at working alone once given tasks to complete
- Be physically fit and be comfortable working on your feet for most of the day
