About the Role
Are you an experienced Warehouse Operative?
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our Kidlington-based client for a reliable, hardworking and motivated Warehouse Operative to join their team. This is initially a temporary position.
Working as part of the warehouse team, you will play an important role in ensuring stock is received, handled and stored efficiently, helping to maintain an organised and productive warehouse operation.
Key Responsibilities
Your main duties will include:
- Unloading vehicles and safely handling incoming stock.
- Replenishing stock within the warehouse and ensuring products are stored in the correct locations.
- Using handheld scanners to accurately record stock movements and locations.
- Ensuring stock is organised and readily available for operational requirements.
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment.
- Following company procedures and health and safety guidelines at all times.
- Supporting the wider warehouse team with general duties as required.
The successful candidate will be reliable, hardworking and committed, with a positive attitude towards work. Previous warehouse experience would be advantageous.
Due to the nature of the role, this is a physically demanding position involving regular manual handling, loading and unloading. Applicants should therefore be comfortable working in an active warehouse environment and be physically capable of carrying out the duties required.
