Warehouse Operative

Our client based in Bristol is looking for a Warehouse operative to join their team.
They are looking for a reliable, safety-conscious individual with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Salary £29,000 plus shift allowance

• 37.5 hours per week
• 1-hour unpaid break per shift
• Rotating Mon-Fri shift pattern:
• Early Shift: 05:00 – 13:30
• Late Shift: 10:30 – 19:00

 The successful candidate will be trained to operate X-ray equipment as part of their duties. Due to the nature of this work, applicants must not be colour blind.

Key Responsibilities in this role will include;
 
-To Handle and process our customers commodity within timeframes stated by company
-To be a team member -To comply with present Health & Safety legislation
-Good timekeeping and agreeable to shift patterns
-To carry out all special instructions as noted on paperwork
-To ensure all documentation is completed as per requirements
-Complying with local legislative requirements & company Policies and procedures
-Knowledge of warehouse scanning systems
-Attention to detail
-Must be physically fit and be able to handball loose cargo
-Basic computer / Android device knowledge
 
 
Key skills, experience & requirement in this role will include:
 
-FLT licence -ADR / Hazardous awareness (preferable)
-Warehouse Experience -Knowledge of H&S legislation
-5 Year work history
