Role: Warehouse OperativeLocation: StevenageHours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am 5:00pmSalary: £27,930 per annumAn excellent opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse Operative to join our client s busy and growing warehouse team based in Stevenage.This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced warehouse environment, suited to someone who is reliable, hardworking, and enjoys being part of a team. The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of warehouse duties including picking orders, goods in, loading vehicles, stock control, and general warehouse housekeeping.Duties of a Warehouse Operative: Picking and packing customer orders accuratelyReceiving and booking in deliveriesLoading and unloading trailers, vans, and deliveriesMoving stock safely throughout the warehouseCarrying out stock checks and inventory countsLabelling and preparing goods for dispatchUsing pallet trucks and warehouse equipment where requiredMaintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environmentSupporting other warehouse functions as requiredFollowing all Health and Safety procedures and company policies What we would like from you: Previous warehouse experience preferredExperience with picking, goods in, or dispatch operations advantageousComfortable working in a busy warehouse environmentGood attention to detail and accuracyPhysically fit and capable of manual handling dutiesPositive attitude and strong work ethicAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable, punctual, and flexible ..... full job details .....
