Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary to Permanent
Salary:

• £13.10 per hour (first 12 weeks)

• £14.56 per hour (after 12 weeks)

HSL is hiring Warehouse Operatives / Order Pickers to join a busy, expanding logistics team for a well-established distribution company based in Atherstone. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with excellent long-term potential and career progression.

Shift Pattern:

• Hours: 6:00 AM – finish (typically 7–8 hours per shift)

• Rota: 4 days on / 2 days off (including weekends)

Key Responsibilities:

• Voice-picking customer orders using LLOP (Low-Level Order Picker)

• Working in ambient and chilled warehouse environments

• Pallet wrapping, labelling, and preparing orders for dispatch

• Loading and unloading goods

• General warehouse duties including stock handling and logistics

• Maintaining high standards of health & safety and cleanliness

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution, or fulfilment centre (preferred)

• Familiarity with order picking, packing, or stock control

• Experience working in chilled or ambient environments

• Knowledge or certification in LLOP, FLT, or pallet trucks (advantageous but not essential)

• Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented attitude

• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
