Warehouse Operative - Immediate Start AvailableRochester4 on 4 off - 6pm to 6amWe are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join a busy, fast-paced warehouse team. You will work closely with multiple operational departments to ensure smooth warehouse and production support. You must have current Counterbalance and Reach forklift certificates, these can be in-house but proof will need to be provided.Key Responsibilities:Picking customer orders accuratelyUnloading and racking goods receivedLoading and unloading lorriesPicking materials and ingredients for productionPutting away pallets from production into storageMaintaining a tidy and safe warehouse environmentCovering for team members when neededAssisting other departments as requiredCompleting ad-hoc tasks to support operationsSkills and Experience Required:Experience working in a warehouse environment, ideally fast-paced and palletised goods handlingBasic to intermediate computer skills, including familiarity with stock control systemsValid Counterbalance and High Reach Forklift licenses with solid recent experienceUnderstanding of stock control and importance of accurate record keepingFlexible approach to work including shift pattern changes, cover for absences, and overtimePersonal Attributes:Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to use your own initiativeWillingness to take on various tasks as neededIf you are dependable and enjoy working as part of a team in a dynamic warehouse setting, we ..... full job details .....
