Warehouse Operative - NightsLocation: Crewe, CW1PAY : 13.00 per hour (rising to 13.70 per hour after 12 weeks) We''re recruiting Night Shift Warehouse Operatives to join a busy warehouse operation in Crewe. If you''re hard-working and happy in a fast-paced environment, we''d like to hear from you. What you''ll be doingScanning and sorting parcels to the correct destination (approx. 2,000 parcels per shift)Building crates, palletising parcels and preparing items securely for dispatchLoading and unloading trailersWorking safely and efficiently as part of a supportive warehouse teamFollowing written instructions and working accurately with attention to detailSupporting wider warehouse duties as required, depending on parcel volumes Shift details (Nights)Start times between 8:00pm and midnightShifts typically 5-9 hours (longer during peak periods)Start/finish times vary depending on workload, so flexibility is essentialYou should be able to work Sundays and occasional Saturdays, with flexibility across all 7 days What we''re looking forConfident spoken and written EnglishAble to follow scanning, labelling and sorting instructionsPhysically fit for manual tasks in a fast-paced environment (lifting up to 10kg, including when unloading trailers)Reliable, punctual, flexible and a good team player What we offerWeekly pay with pay increase after 12 weeksFull-time, part-time and ad hoc options (nights)Access to benefits via our candidate portal (discounts, wellbeing resources and ..... full job details .....
