Warehouse Operative - Night Shift
Location: Magna Park, Lutterworth

Hourly Rate: -14.32 p/h
Shift Pattern: 22:00 - 06:00, Sunday to Thursday

FULL TRAINING IS PROVIDED!
OWN TRANSPORT IS REQUIRED DUE TO SITE LOCATION

Omnia Resourcing is a leading provider of logistics and distribution solutions, serving clients across various industries. We are currently recruiting a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative (Decanting) to join our client''s night shift team in Magna Park, Lutterworth.

This role involves breaking down bulk stock ("decanting") into smaller units or totes, ensuring accuracy, correct labelling, and smooth stock movement within the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities as Warehouse Operative - Night Shift (Decanting):

• Decant stock from pallets, cages, or containers into smaller units or picking locations

• Check, count, and record stock accurately in line with company procedures

• Use basic computer systems to update stock movements and locations

• Work independently to meet accuracy and productivity targets

• Communicate effectively with team members and shift leaders

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times

Requirements as Warehouse Operative - Night Shift (Decanting):

• Good numeracy and communication skills

• Ability to work using own initiative with minimal supervision

• Basic computer knowledge for stock recording and system updates

• Previous warehouse or stock control experience desirable but not essential

• Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks

• Flexibility to work night shift pattern (Sunday to Thursday)

• Own transport is required due to limited public transport options
