Warehouse Operative Nights

Job Overview

We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives for flexible, ad hoc night shifts at a busy distribution centre in Basingstoke. This role is ideal for candidates looking for flexible work, part-time hours, or additional income.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
• Scanning and sorting parcels accurately
• Moving goods safely within the warehouse
• Handling items up to 25kg
• Using handheld scanners and warehouse systems
• Working efficiently within a fast-paced logistics environment

Requirements

• Previous warehouse or parcel sorting experience preferred (not essential)
• Ability to work night shifts with start times between 00:00 and 03:00
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible approach to work
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
