Warehouse Operative Night shift

The Warehouse Operative''s role is to work in a fast-paced operational environment which is service based focusing on, being part of a successful team delivering a service that supports the out based depots from the supply chain division of the business.Order picking, processing, and packing stock items for despatch to our depots for next day delivery.Being measured on performance KPI''s (Items picked per hour) in line with our reasonable picking parameters set out in the daily time and motion reports.Maintain a safe work environment through adherence of health and safety policies and company protocol.Maintain physical condition of warehouse by undertaking daily housekeeping duties.Waste management duties such as emptying warehouse disposal bins into the waste skips.Stock replenishment duties which involve putting away deliveries and consignments in the storage locations and bins.Reporting any broken or damaged stock or faulty equipment to your line Manager or Supervisor.Preparing, completing, and ensuring that stock is picked accurately and efficiently for despatch to the depots.Completing daily/nightly administration for KPI reporting, i.e picking sheets, loading manifests, operational check sheets etc.Communicate clearly and concisely and cooperate with Supervisors and ManagersChecking consignments for collection or delivery before they are despatched.Unloading and Loading vehicles with the use of a pump truck or forklift truck or other warehouse MHE.Shrink wrapping and ..... full job details .....
