Warehouse Operative

New Resource Recruitment are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives on behalf of our client, a well-established and growing business based in Shepton Mallet. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for ongoing work with the potential to secure a permanent contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Stock checking and inventory control
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the warehouse
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures on site
• Working both independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines

Requirements

• Previous warehouse or manual handling experience is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided
• Good level of physical fitness – some lifting involved
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Shifts Available

• Monday to Friday
• Day and afternoon shifts available
• Overtime opportunities may be available during busy periods
