Warehouse Operatives (Temp ongoing) Luton, Bedfordshire 12.24 an hour with view to increase Working Hours: 10am - 6pm Key Responsibilities of a Warehouse Operative: Safely stacking and unstacking large quantities of goods onto shelves or pallets Cable cutting, always ensuring awareness of product range Wrapping and stacking pallets Physically fit, with the ability to confidently lift up to 25kg Basic data entry duties Counterbalance and Flexi forklift licenses would be an advantage Using industrial plastic wraps and wooden pallets to safely stack and package goods for transport Awareness of Health and Safety practices within the warehouse Any other general warehouse duties as required Benefits of a Warehouse Operative: 22 days paid holiday for first two years then rising by a day per year up to a maximum of 25 days -plus 8 bank holiday days.
