This is an ongoing temporary opportunity offering regular shifts, enhanced overtime rates, full training and long-term prospects within a modern warehouse environment. As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for handling furniture products and supporting the day-to-day operation of a busy distribution centre. Duties include:Moving sofas from pallets to designated workstationsApplying protective caps to sofa corners and edgesBagging and sealing furniture ready for dispatchPalletising completed productsLoading and unloading household goods from trailersHandling bulky items safely and efficientlySupporting general distribution and logistics activitiesMaintaining quality and health and safety standardsThis Warehouse Operative position involves manual handling and regular heavy lifting, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy physical work and being part of a team-focused environment.
