Warehouse Operative

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our Chilled Warehouse Team as pickers and packers for the established and successful FMCG facility in Tewkesbury. Based near M5 Junction 9 the business supplies locally sourced milk, processed and packaged at this plant, to customers nationwide.As a Chilled Warehouse Operative, you will play a vital role within our distribution chain, linking production and haulage to ensure the timely and accurate preparation of customer orders. This hands-on, physically active role requires working in a temperature-controlled environment - where accuracy and efficiency are paramount.SummaryDays worked: Monday - Saturday, five shifts per weekHours: Minimum of 37.5 hours per week, on a rota basisShift Times: (Apply online only), (Apply online only); Saturdays one shift (Apply online only) with flexibility to stay longer on shift if required.Overtime: Overtime pay after 40 hours at 1.25 x standard payDuration: Permanent after 12 weeks for the right candidate This role requires flexibility, as end times may vary due to production needs.
