Warehouse Operative KFM are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative for a well-established company based in the HU1 area of Hull, within walking distance of the city centre. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy warehouse team, with the potential to secure a permanent position and increase your hourly rate following completion of internal training plans.Benefits Monday to Friday workingRotating day shifts: 8 30, 9 30, 10 00 and 11 00Shift pattern during initial training to be confirmed£13.64 per hourOvertime available at 1.5x payWeekly payTemporary-to-permanent opportunityPotential for further hourly rate increases following completion of internal training The Role Picking and preparing orders accurately for dispatchOperating warehouse equipment and FLT machinery safelySupporting the movement, handling and storage of stockMaintaining accurate inventory records using warehouse systemsKeeping the warehouse clean, safe and organisedWorking collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily targetsFollowing all Health and Safety procedures and company policiesWorking a rotating shift pattern from Monday to Friday The Person Previous experience in a warehouse or despatch environmentCounterbalance FLT licence and a full UK driving licence essentialReach FLT, Electric PPT experience or licences would be advantageous but are not essentialGood attention to detail and a commitment to working safelyBasic IT skills and the ability to use warehouse systemsReliable, flexible and able ..... full job details .....
