Morning Shift Warehouse Operative – Loading Team

Location: Bridgwater, Somerset
Hours: Monday to Friday | 02:00 – 12:00
Contract Type: Potential Temp-to-Perm Opportunity
Pay Rate: £12.76 per hour

We are currently recruiting for a Morning Shift Warehouse Operative to support a busy warehouse operation in Bridgwater.

This role will involve loading vehicles using an Electric Pallet Truck (EPT) with a ride-on platform, ensuring stock is moved safely, efficiently, and accurately to support outbound operations.

For the right candidate, there may be an opportunity to move into a temp-to-perm position.

• Loading vehicles safely and efficiently
• Operating an Electric Pallet Truck (ride-on platform)
• Supporting the wider warehouse team
• Following health & safety procedures
• Working to loading schedules and deadlines
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area

• Previous warehouse or loading experience preferred
• Experience using an Electric Pallet Truck (EPT)
• Reliable with good attendance
• Comfortable working early morning shifts
• Positive attitude and able to work as part of a team
