position: Warehouse Operative Part- time Shift: (Sunday 8am-5pm and Monday 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm only Salary: £12.71 - £13.39 per hourLocation: Brackmills Industrial Estate, NorthamptonInteraction Recruitment are proud to be seeking keen, reliable, and experienced Warehouse Operative to join the team for their esteemed client, JandJ Global Fulfilment Centre, based on the Brackmills Industrial Estate.This role will involve loading, unloading, processing goods-in, and picking and packing within a modern warehouse environment, using some of the most up-to-date technology in warehouse fulfilment.Successful candidates will be required to lift items up to 20kg, such as bottle of wine, many different sizes boxes and other packaged goods, so applicants must be physically fit.Experience with MHE equipment such as Flexi-Bendi, Counterbalance, and Reach Truck is advantageous for this role and could lead to further upskilling within the department; however, this is not essential.Benefits of this role: Overtime paid at x1.5 after 37.5 hours workedModern canteen and seating areaComplimentary hot refreshments (tea, coffee, and hot chocolate)Agency holiday pay and pension contributionsPromotion of colleague wellbeing, including access to Mental Health First Aiders If you have the relevant experience and would like to be part of our fantastic team, please submit your CV by applying online.Please note that applications will only be considered if they are submitted online.
