Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 17:30 | Friday: 08:00 – 14:45
Salary: £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Our client is a leading manufacturer and distributor leisure products. Due to continued growth, they are looking for experienced and motivated Warehouse Operatives to join their busy warehouse team in Bedfordshire.

As a Warehouse Operative, you will play an important role in the day-to-day operation of the warehouse, ensuring stock is received, stored, picked, packed and dispatched accurately while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and efficiency.

• Receive, unload and check incoming deliveries against delivery documentation.
• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders accurately for dispatch.
• Ensure all goods loaded and unloaded match the relevant paperwork.
• Store and rotate stock in accordance with company procedures.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely, including Reach and VNA trucks.
• Report any damaged, missing or incorrect goods to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Assist with inventory control and stock movements using handheld scanners.
• Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow all Health & Safety policies and warehouse procedures.
• Take responsibility for company stock and report any suspicious activity.
• Handle merchandise carefully to minimise damage.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve daily operational targets and customer deadlines.

We''re looking for candidates who have:

• Previous warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid Reach Truck and VNA licences – essential.
• Counterbalance and PPT (Powered Pallet Truck) licences – desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• A positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A commitment to working safely and following warehouse procedures.

• £30,000 per annum salary package.

• Monday to Thursday working hours of 08:00 – 17:30.
