Warehouse Operative

About the Role:

Lobster Recruitment is acting on behalf of our client to recruit a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative for a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
• Loading and unloading deliveries safely
• Stock control and inventory checks
• Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment
• Operating warehouse equipment (training provided where required)
• Following all health and safety procedures

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse experience is essential
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks
• Good communication skills
• Right to work in the UK
