Due to continued growth, they are looking for experienced and motivated Warehouse Operatives to join their busy warehouse team in Bedfordshire.This is an excellent opportunity to secure a permanent position with a well-established business that values its employees and offers long-term career opportunities.The Role As a Warehouse Operative, you will play an important role in the day-to-day operation of the warehouse, ensuring stock is received, stored, picked, packed and dispatched accurately while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and efficiency.Key Responsibilities Receive, unload and check incoming deliveries against delivery documentation.Pick, pack and prepare customer orders accurately for dispatch.Ensure all goods loaded and unloaded match the relevant paperwork.Store and rotate stock in accordance with company procedures.Operate warehouse equipment safely, including Reach and VNA trucks.Report any damaged, missing or incorrect goods to the Warehouse Supervisor.Assist with inventory control and stock movements using handheld scanners.Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently.Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment.Follow all Health and Safety policies ..... full job details .....
